NB – This is an interactive masterclass where participation from delegates is expected and will be delivered using Zoom video conferencing.
Making sure your business is visible has never been more important and PR is a powerful tool in the marketing mix.
Much more than inches in the local newspaper, in the digital world, PR stories reach online media outlets, as well as traditional print and have the potential to be shared widely on social media to reach even more people and adding credibility to your brand.
This two-part masterclass series will focus on how businesses can use the power of PR to benefit them.
Session 1 – Wednesday 9th September (10:00 – 11:30): You will learn why PR is such a powerful tool, what makes a strong news story and you will understand the basics of writing a press release.
Session 2 – Wednesday 16th September (10:00 – 11:30): Will cover how to sell your news story to the media, the power of imagery and how to increase the reach of the story using on and offline media.
By the end of both sessions delegates will be in a position to create their own news stories, to pitch them to the media and know how to extend their reach.
