About the Presenter – John Owens

John has run his own business since 2007, and is currently Managing Director of John Owens Associates Ltd, based in Lincoln.

Over that time, John’s worked with many UK firms, helping them to gain real strategic and operational business benefits from their usage of the web and ICT. His particular areas of expertise cover business and e-business strategy development, e-commerce, email marketing as well as general business development too.

John has a B.A. degree as well as a Masters in Business Administration degree (MBA) from the Open University. He also holds a Diploma in Strategic Business Coaching from the Chartered Management Institute; was the first person in the UK to be accredited with the SFEDI /ILM Enterprise Trainer standard; is formally qualified in PRINCE2 project management and has also been a full Fellow of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs for several years (FIOEE).
